Who's Visiting?

Dartmouth Medical School

Website: http://dms.dartmouth.edu/admissions/

Do you accept non-citizen applicants?
The equivalent of at least three years' college work at an American or Canadian post-secondary institution. Their website does not have a specific statement about international students but they definitely accept international students. You are welcome to email their Office of Admissions to find out.

How many non-citizens apply and get accepted?

Minority and international students represent about 45% of the 2010 entering class. No specifics about international students only.

Financial Aid:
Federal regulations governing Title IV and Title VII Programs require United States Citizenship or Permanent Resident status. Therefore, in funding the medical education of foreign students who are not also permanent residents of the United States, DMS will consider only its limited institutional need-based resources and the private loans from outside sources for which students may apply. Please contact our Office for a listing of alternative education loans.
